Bale Wrappers

I hope this belongs here as it's a hay related question. I have 25 acres that I have rented to a relative for the last 40 + years...Having stated that he has piled up large bale net and plastic wrappers in a huge pile instead of taking care of the mwss he's just let them pile up! He's 87 and hardheaded and TIGHT! It's now befallen on me to clean this mess up. Does anybody recycle this stuff or should I just take it to the local dump ( they charge to take it by the tonnage ). I am located in the Harrisonburg Va. area. Any advise or suggestions would help.

i believe there is places to recycle it but i would just get so gas and a match and burn it ahahaha
