Anyone ever done business with these people? They got my money and now won't return calls or emails. I ordered 2 weeks ago and really need my parts. bjr

Update:

As usually happens as soon as I complain they respond. A person from Baler Parts emailed and said John was in the hospital and she was filling in and trying to get back to people. She said my parts had been shipped Friday. So I apologize for any ill projections. bjr
