Ballast box height

Does it matter what height you position your ballast box when operating with a full FEL load? Should it be low as possible to the ground or in the highest setting or does it not matter?

As low as is practical for your use, lower center of gravity.

I like to keep everything as low as I can when practical...lower means lower center of gravity.

Lower is better, but not to the point where it starts digging. For most loader conditions, I raise mine only to the point where the lift arms parallel level ground.
