Thanks guys, Thats what I thought. I don't want uneven stress on the drivetrain. I really appreciate the advice. I will get the other tire filled. It is possible that the previous owner didn't want to spend the extra bucks to have it filled when he had a new tire put on.

I didn't buy the valve core tool...

The valve core tool, 5 stems and 100 valve caps came to about $12 at NAPA.

If by chance this tractor was used to pull a moldboard plow, and because the left tire had fluid in it - it is entirely possible this condition was intentional by the previous owner. We used to weight the left tire when plowing (also hung weights on the left side of the tractor frame) to give better traction.
Just a thought.
