It took a bit of digging but I located the source of the offending ad and killed it at my router. Out of respect for TBN, I won't say exactly what I did but the problem is solved, permanently. No more blinking, twitching, etc...

Normally I don't mind seeing ads on a site like this because I just might be interested in them, the likelyhood is rare but anything is possible. However, I will kill an ad in a heartbeat if it is anything more than text or a static image. Oh, and the same goes for those inline text ads, I hate those things with a passion.
