These guys did a great job. Brady was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He must have a blackberry or something because it was not real unusual for him to send me an email response at 9pm or on a Sunday. That is real unusual in the world of tractor sales though - some of the requests I sent to other stores have never been answered. Brady even offered to call me from disney world when he was there with his family.
The driver they use, Donny was also great. He knew everything there is to know about the tractor, went through the paperwork and answered all my questions. If you see the truck he has these are all DC area sales and he had already dropped one off. No wonder these guys sell so many tractors - they are complete pros. Oh yeah and I saved over $2,500 on the sale price and saved on some tax $.

This was the purchase. You just wait till you have a problem or issue with this guy who is hundreds of miles away. I too bought from Brady @Barlow tractor. Let me tell you that when you have to call him back cause something is right he will be just as easy to get hold of and will work with you to get it resolved. I have bought 2 tractors and a grapple and a rear scraper blade from Him and he is good to his word no games. The local people wouldn't take the time to even talk or return the calls. That is why I bought from far away.

Donn12, that space on the rear of Donny's trailer in the picture is where my B2920 was that Saturday morning. I agree that the service from Brady and Donny was the best I have ever experienced. With this being my first tractor, Brady was like the Doctor to an expectant parent. He answered every question I had and never made me feel that I was wasting his time. He did not rush or pressure me into buying, in fact I pressured him into delivering it to me this week because I had something I wanted to get done, and he made it happen.

As for Donny, unlike may delivery people who are just doing their job. Donny called me to me updated on his arrival, and was a pleasure to work with. In fact it felt like I was on the Barlow's lot, Donny answered every question, and provided some great advice.

Just think . . . GREAT People . . . GREAT Customer Service . . . AND I saved Money . . . Just about unheard of in these times! :thumbsup:

You guys are making me feel bad that I didn't buy from Brady. :ashamed: Oh well, all I can say is my local guy better be on the ball. If not....as Captain James T. Kirk would say.... "I've got...a (backup) plan..."

Barlow, Brady, and Donny simply get it. Customer service and delivering on promise, you can't beat that these days and it is so rare to come buy.
