Has anyone used either of this company for their barn and what do you think about their kits?

What I want to do is keep the initial cost a low as possible right now and add later. For instances I probably do not want to pay for a 10-k slab and would rather build my own footer and gravel the floor until I get more funds.'

I've been looking at either a pole building or a wood frame building. I'm starting to lean towards wood frame as I will be using it for a woodworking shop, an office, a garage and lastly a typical tractor and equipment storage area.
I am also some distance from the house but really would like water to wash things, etc. So I am thinking about floor drains and a connection to the well water. I will likely end up with a holding tank for the water that I will hopefully use for grass and garden areas.
One feature I have noticed is some type of sky lights. One of our suppliers up here offers a full length on the sky lights at the top of the pitch. The worse thing about pole barns and quensets is the dark corners.
I am struggling with the cost of the cement. It is a must but it is a major investment.

Cost is a big decision area for me too and this is why I wanted to ease into the flooring. It may be more work to add later but I just cant afford another 8 to 10-K.
