Barnwood Coffee Table

Here is a picture of a barnwood coffee table I recently made for my cabin. It is made out of old barnwood from my farm. The only thing I had to buy was the glass table top.

The table matches the rustic decor of my cabin. I would say it looks whimisical or makes the room pop but then you would know that I have watched way too much HGTV. My wife watches HGTV 24/7 so I get indoctrinated by osmosis. Oh well, married life is a bunch of compromises.

Looks like you got yourself a nice bird in there!! Did your wife see that on HGTV too?? or are you saying the turkey was a compromise that your wife forced on you? hahahahaha

I like the simple, rustic look of it. Very nice!!!

nice table and bird. really nice that there is history behind the wood. i won't let my wife watch hgtv- way too many ideas for the honey-do list!!!

My wife stopped watching HGTV when we moved to our current home. Cable stops at the farm to the west of us & she hasn't decided to splurge on a satelite dish so far...
