It would be interesting to see the pollution and power cost of solar, wind turbine, oil refinery, ships, pipe lines etc.

Some industries and processes are still pretty dirty and inefficient. Including many products marketed, sold, and worshiped as Green.

I only drop by here once in a while, so given Gale's voracious reading habits, it may well have been posted up here...... I'm curious about about recycling of these HV packs, as some don't look that easy to reprocess.

As a contaminant, Pb has nasty effects on people, but widespread recycling of those batteries predates me.....

Lessons learned the hard way are a little easier to remember specially as I get older. Today I turned 70 and for the last 5 years I have found it my best interest to discount what comes from National religious and political leaders.

GM and Tesla EV sales will suffer until DC votes Yes/No on EV tax credit. Currently it favors the higher income paying Fed income taxes.

Curious how many people watched Moores "Planet Of The Humans" on Youtube. I saw it months ago and kind of forgot about it. Watched it again a couple of nights ago. Can't humans ever do just the "right" thing? It's so disgusting and discouraging.

Always liked Moore and his films. And do like this film. But, not a fan of his political leaning or numerous LARGE homes, while pretending to be a regular blue collar guy or long term environmentalist.
