For my tractor I am thinking of getting a group 24F and turning it so the positive terminal is further forward on the Rt side to get it away from the air cleaner and the oil cooler pipe that sits so close. Our tractors normally take the group 24 with the positive terminal on the Rt rear (facing it from the front). The 24F is reversed, so turning it around puts the terminal at the Rt front. I cant see any clearance issues and cables are long enough. Anyone done this?

I use a 24F in my 2004 CK30hst. That's the group battery the dealer had put in originally. Replaced once with the same. Works fine.
