Bcs quick hitch hardware

I picked up a quick hitch bushing and tang for my bcs but need mounting hardware. Anyone know the spec on the bolts and where to get them?

Mine seem to be studs instead of bolts, but they are 12mm by about 55mm, or 2 1/4". If they are bolts, they may have a allen head so they can line up the implement, might have to get that from EarthTools or a dealer.
