Be careful of this new computer scam.

As most of you know, the latest Microsoft operating systems have a provision for remote access and control.

I am pretty sure Remote Desktop was in Windows 2000 but that was too long ago for me to remember for sure. It is on my Windows 2003 Server system and it surely is in Windows XP and Windows 7.

ughs. reason why i take time to install spybot search and destroy from safer-networking.org, avg antivirius and comodo firewall.

out of them 3, it has stopped a good amount of attempts.

sadly there are alot of little remote desktop applications out there. that hackers can use and have tried to use multi times. some times it is just a cleaver website, that looks like your computer. like Coming Soon - Future home of something quite cool vs paypal.com

it is scary, family members say computer broke, run above 3 programs and min of 250 different problems that range widely. come back.

folks with kids in the house are the worst computers.
