I had no problems whatsoever. Heck, I never even looked at Raptor's CFM spec. I was going to use the compressor I had no matter what. It's 120V. Not like I had to lay down a glass smooth finish. :confused3: The instruction sheet says shoot it at 40-70 psi. I think I set the regulator to 50-55 and went to town. You can probably adjust as you go depending on temperature and viscosity of your mix.

No, that is not it. Mine is 15 years old. Its rated at 6.5@40 & 5.1@90 & is a 150 psi model. Its not 30 gal like I thought but 27. Its a cheap $299 unit that came with a hose, air ratchet, cut off tool, impact, spray gun, ect. Its done lots of work for the price.

Definitely! This is why I suggested epoxy primer. If you chip the bed liner, and there is no other protection rust will get under the bed liner and spread.

If you have a 60 gallon tank on your compressor, it will put out as much volume as your hoses will handle until the pressure drops to your spraying pressure. Might mean 5 minutes of spraying then 5 minutes for pressure to build back up.
