Nope never going to find a taper bore pulley that will fit a pump there not made. Aaron Z has the best idea with cutting the proper taper on a bushing then you can use any QD pulley you want.

Yes, they do make them, Crank shaft Adapter Taper to 1" Inch Generator Pressure Washer Engine bushing | eBay, you just need to find one to fit your shaft

That's not a $20 pulley it is a $60 adapter. OP was complaining about using an adapter not what he was looking for. As I said they do not make pulleys with the tapers you have to use an adapter or make your own.
