Thanks for the map reference, but we have the whole book that out lines the tour of distilleries. Some people like to go the beach on vacation, some to the big city----well----I guess you get the idea. To be honest, I would just soon drink beer. My bride is the one who is looking forward to the distilleries and it wouldn’t be right leave her alone./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

You could go to the "Beer Meister" in Folsom and get him a homebrew setup! It's fun, it's easy, and is nice to share...

I know the guy that owns it; he works in FM3. I could get you his email if you'd like.

Thanks for the tip. I would already characterize him a very experienced and well equipped home brewer. He has the dilly-delux 3 tier propane stove and makes 10gal at a time. I have no patients to be a brewer. I will stick with being a drinker /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.
