Befco -- what's up with them?

I had a Befco flex-wing finish mower for a few years and it was great. I've seen several of their other implements over the years and have been impressed. I think their quality is on par with Woods. It seems that they are hardly doing any marketing, however, and not, at least in my area (Western PA) adding any dealers to their network. The only stocking dealer in my area closed a couple years ago when the owner retired. Does anyone know what's going on with Befco?

I have a Befco 20' finish mower that is tagged with Frontier markings. I absolutely love it. It's one of the best implements that I've ever owned.
