Belt Replacement

I've lost the fan belt while mowing and promptly mowed over it so I can't take it to get it matched. My dealer only has the Kioti part number and is out of stock until he orders parts "in a couple of weeks". Does anyone know an aftermarket belt size for a CK20HST?

If you can get the Kioti fan belt part # you may be able to get one from an auto parts store, phone around and see if this is possible. My local auto parts store will get me parts for my lawn tractor including belts. Good luck with your search.

The Kioti part number doesn't mean anything to anyone but Kioti Parts. Their number is E5760-72532 but that doesn't help. I'm hoping someone has replaced theirs using a "regular" belt that I can get locally and before next month.

First of all take a piece of the old belt (surely you have a small piece of it left) and measure the width of it. Now loosen the adjusting device on your tractor (usually the altenator) and close it up to the shortest it will go and then take a piece of rope and run around the pulleys to get as accurate a measure of length as you can and add approx. 1/2" to this measurement. Any decent auto parts store can look your belt up by these 2 sizes and get you going again.

You can try a 1/2 X 42 or a 3/8 X 41
