Beneficial Ownership tax filing now required under penalty?

Still many in my state without Real ID drivers license… I spent hours at the DMV when the line with appointments went out the door… when my turn came I was denied because my social security card showed its age…

That's been an issue here, as well. PA drivers licenses were one of those flagged about 10 years ago, as insufficient for means of booking flights, etc. Not sure why, it seems to be a pretty good form of identification, among the various states I've seen.

Anyway, they made "Real ID" an option, maybe 8 years ago. But they've made it such an enormously confusing PITA, that I've abandoned the cause each time I've tried to convert. Not a real issue for me, I have Global Pass TTN and passport, but could be a bigger issue for many others.

Not a surprise. It's California. It's a crying shame what your population and leadership has done to a state with such amazing weather, geography, and tech potential.

Seems like the well to do are more prone to get nutty ideas divorced from reality. Poor people can't afford the luxury of delusional thinking.
