I was using my grapple the other day and one of the levers popped up. Before I noticed that I was using it to pick up stuff and it apparently bent one side to a different angle than the other. So now I have a hard time attaching implements because that one side is bent out. I can't get it bent back either. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Same thing happened to me... I disconnected my grapple and beat on the attach plate with a 16 lb sledge (far and away my #1 tool for fixing tractors) for 30 minutes... it finally moved in enough to let me lock the pins down easily. From that point forward I've been very careful using any FE attachment to ensure nothing comes in contact with the handles. If you're moving brush you might consider using a cable of some sort to tie the handles down tight, but that will just give the brush something else to catch on.
