Most oil.. unless marked, is going to be detergent.
You can get ND oil at many jiffy stores, and some lawnmower shops. TSC I believe has ND oil. ND oil is generally clearly labeled. Your shell oil should be fine.. and is a detergent oil.
Just keep an eye on your oil dipstick, and oil pressure. If lots of stuff starts to move.. change that oil again, and change the filter as well.
