Best block heater for a 7520?

What with this cold weather setting in lately, I need to get a block heater on my tractor. A few weeks ago, I spent a couple of minutes looking for a freeze out plug to install one. I only saw one that seemed easily accessable on the left side of the engine. Did I miss one?
Or would an inline hose unit work better?

Now that the mud has firmed up, I have to get out to do some work but I hate starting up the tractor and hearing all of that clanking.

I don't have a 7520 but a 2615. The inline lower hose heater works great for me and only took about a half hour to install. I get home from work normally about 3PM and have the heater plugged into a timer that comes on at 1PM so when I get home the coolant in the block and radiator is about 140 degrees. That helps make for an easy start.

I second Georges opinion, although I've never tried anything else, I put in the same heater on the same tractor as he did, and nothing could have been easier. It works great, makes it seem like a July start !

There is a pipe plug right above the starter motor. A Tisco number GE360 block heater kit fits it. I keep them in stock if you need one.

Sorry not to get back to my thread. Started a new job, 7pm-730am, two on, two off, etc, etc, so I have not had much time lately.

It so happens that I have a lower radiator hose drip that tightening has not stopped. I have to measure the diameter and pick up one of those wider band type of clamps that equalize the pressure better than a screw clamp so I might have to pull the hose anyway.

On the other hand, I always used the freeze out plug type before. Thanks for the info LAWALLSTRACTOR, I will let you know if I go that route. Does the Tisco heater screw in or is it a compression type?
