Mowed my friends 3 acres with his zero turn as he was out of the country for 2months; worst thing ever for me as it beat me up something awful so had to mow 20 min intervals day by day. Maybe good on real smooth ground but if having bumps and such they are a killer! Small front tires, very noisy too setting just in front of the engine.

Do what I’m doing. Plant some trees this fall then spray roundup and disk up the rest that’s rough and you want to keep in grass. Once done take a box scrape to level and smooth then spread your seed. Smooth as babies butt.
