Dealer Best Kioti dealer in Michigan?

New member here. I'm really starting to migrate towards a Kioti CK25HST or CK30HST. Is it worth the extra grand for the 5hp? Where am I going to get the best "deal" in Michigan?
This will be my first "large" tractor and I'm really starting to get goose bumps! Sweet!

My dealer said that he wouldn't sell the CK25HST only the gear CK25.

The CK25 is the same size as the CK30 just underpowered with the hydro.

I was buying a CK20HST and wondered if I should go for the extra 5 hp. (I didn't)

The CK25HST is only underpowered when trying to run to large of an implement. We have sold dozens of the CK25HST models, and all are very happy with them. The only place you are going to see if difference in the 25 vs 30 is PTO powered implements.... You really don't loose enough HP from the gear to the HST to even notice on an implement.

I boght mine from Van Paemel in Armada and couldn't be happier. Service has been great, o haggling on price, he gave me his best deal right from the start and it easily beat everyone elses, and for my money, I would definately pay the extra $1000, especially if brushhoggin. I cant say anything bad about the other dealers, all seemed nice when I spoke to them, but their pricing was much higher initially and Bob at Van Paemel's has been great. Good look in your search.

Hello Buckeye, Go for the ck30, you will always have the power you need, the Ck30 is a very capable machine, not that the ck25 isnt either.. The extra 1000 is money well spent... Matt

I will second Van Paemel's. Bob is a good guy to deal with. They had the best price up front without any haggling. Doesn't try to nickel and dime you. Made me glad i drove the hour to talk to them. Also got two hats with the deal and that is huge. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

hey, I only got 1 hat? I should call him up on that. Actually have to take my tractor in sometime soon. I am having a problem with the hood, it wont open. Problem is, every time I go, I end up buying something new. So far a trailer, box blade, back blade, and next either a tiller or rake. If they gt the Dk series HST I hink I might as well just sign my house over to him.

Try using a little leverage on the knob to 'pop' the hood open. Then work some WD40 into the mechinism where it grabs the bracket on the underside of the hood.

I can pop the knob but nothing happens, the knob comes down but the hood doesn't release. I don't know if it has disconnected from the line or what.
