They are probably radial firestones not like a bias tire, I would also recommend a radial tire, are they better in the mud? probably not. I plan on putting them on my tractor one day.
What goes on new tractors is a brand they can get in quantity at a low price. You will not find premium tires on economy level tractors. You will find higher dollar rubber on higher spec tractors.

You know, you mention that, and it suddenly occurs to me that as one who tends to mill around tractor dealer lots from time to time, I find it pretty amazing how many brand new tractors on dealer lots have flat tires..
Seems to be a lot of Titan tires on new units. I don't know the best ones but I do prefer radials on the rears. Don't know how good the tires from Gensco are. I purchased a set of aircraft retreads for my FORD 4610 fronts. 18 ply and never had a puncture, They are importing tires from Malaysia and have higher ply counts for them. Might be worth a look.
My 2009 Kubota M6040 came with Titans on the front and Firestone on the rear. Works for me. The extra $$$ for radials - I would be very hard pressed to justify the added cost. I see nothing, that I do, to need a potentially slight increase in traction. It simply is what it is.

If your original tires are 11.2-R24 with the R standing for radial the price is quite a bit more then bias ply tires.
