Best Mod/add on to compact tractor or attachment

I added this site to my favorites today. Looks like a pretty creative bunch so... I present this question. What is the best modification you have made to your tractor or attachement ? I use mine to cut/move firewood, move dirt, and generally dig in the dirt. Basically a homeowner machine that the wife is not afraid to drive. Already have the loader, planning how to add a grapple to the bucket and then a bale spear. I am a pretty good welder so bigger project are ok too. Thanks in advance.

Single best mod I made was converting to skidsteer style quick attach.

Tatro grapple, WR Long 3rd function valve and toothbar for loader bucket. My EX3200 Cub Yanmar is a tree moving machine with these mods.

Well mine are pretty minor, but here they are:

1: Coated the steel floorboards and center hump with Plasticoat pickup bed liner material. Works better for traction and wear resistance than I would have imagined, and I think it looks good too!

2: A set of Carter quick hitch hooks on the 3pt lower arms. They work well and are cheap.

3: Welded on some chain hooks on the bucket, gotta have these. just wish I had waited until I got my DC welder, so the welds would have looked a little prettier. but the old AC tombstone got-er-done.

I have many on my Mahindra 3215, and at first I was going to say my top and tilt hydraulics, but thinking about it a little more I would say the suspension seat that I had the dealer install would be sorely missed. The factory spring seat is not very good in my opinion. Here's a link to the modifications that have been done on the tractor. :thumbsup:

OH theres sooo many..... Air ride seat with fore/aft movement. Hyd top link. Quick Hitch and adding a 2 5/16 ball to the top of it to bob goose neck trailers around. Tilt meters (both directions) for making water run the direction you want. Adding grapple teeth to a seperate bucket. Adding hyd hoses from the rear to the loader for the grapple and hyd post hole digger. Just for starters.

Seriously, the traction more than Doubled, I rarely use 4x4 anymore. Its amazing! :thumbsup:
I suggest this to anyone looking for more traction from a R4.
