- Kubota L3010 & D3 $ Oliver Super 55
I can't praise the service that I just recieved from Steve Carver and Carver Equipment enough. Those boys have got thier $&*# together. I bought a new L3010 w/backhoe and loader from Carver a little over a year ago. About a week or so ago I had a front loader bucket seal go out. The head of the cylinder had cracked. I was working out in the middle of nowhere (85 miles from home) where I have 40 acres of land. I took the cylinder off and brought it to a Kubota dealer in town. I didn't want to hassle the warranty issue so I told them I would pay for the repair out of pocket. I was called later with a price of $80.00 for parts plus labor. A couple of days later I was called an told that the part was on back order for 3 weeks but that I could get the cylinder for $200.00 plus shipping and that would take a few days. I decided to pick up the part and send Carver Equipment an e-mail to see if they could help me out. This is what Steve Carver e-mailed me back, on a Sunday no less, - "Steve I regret you have a leaking cylinder problem. I regret more that you didn't just email me (first) about the leak. You would have already been "up and going". Please give us the opportunity to serve you first - in the future -- we'll do all we can to make "life as easy as possible". The letter went on to tell me in detail what to do. I was not by my computer for a few days so I had not gotten the email (my fault). So Steve Carver had his Service Manager give me a call to find out if I needed the L/H or R/H cylinder and to confirm the ship to address. I recieved the cylinder the next day. Thank You Steve Carver and Carver Equipment. Oh, by the way, I'm 3,000 miles away from Dunn, North Carolina and Carver Equipment.
