Best sources for bulbs and trees in quantity

update - nurserymen website - trees arrived in 2 days and they look very ice. so the quality and the actual sizes are very fair - just wanted to update from my earlier post about price. planting this am - 50 trees.

They are a quality place, I used to buy lots of stuff from them. They will only ship so that the package will arrive that week and not be delayed over the weekend. The plugs are fun to plant if you have the right size drill. Just drill a hole, stick it in, stomp, and apply stake to mark tree.... I have never planted the big plugs though, I have enough trouble coming up with enough buckazoids to pay for the smaller ones....

For daffodils in the fall I bought some wonderful bulbs from Colorblends® Wholesale Flower Bulbs. Tulips and Daffodils for Fall Planting. several years ago. They were large bulbs and have done well for years.

For a very fast growing tree - try Honey Locust. Very elegant! And it spreads on its own!

Just be careful what kind you order. Some of them are on the banned invasive species list here.
