That is flying around the net. I saw it yesterday and the bid was $360. I guess as people emailed it and posted it the traffic really increased. Less than 24 hr later and look at the price. I can't imagine someone actually coughing up cash in the end.

The highest auction price that I saw was a little over $15,000.

However, when looking up the ad under completed items, I believe the final price was reduced down to $3,850. I wonder if his ex-wife made a few bogus bids to get him excited.

I called my sister in another state and told her about it; she shared the information with her co-workers, and one of them said they saw him on one of the morning TV talk shows (he did mention on Ebay that he had an invitation...).
