I have a Kubota B7100 with a D750A 3 cylinder engine and I was changing the oil pump. I pulled off the top right hand gear (DUMB ME - I'm assuming is the idler gear) and turned the engine before reinstalling it. I had read somewhere that it made no difference what position this gear was installed even though it has two timing dots on it. After reinstalling the cover I attempted to start the tractor and it didn't even try to start and from the sound coming out the exhaust, sounds like I have something out of time. Does anyone have a picture of the correct gear timing for this engine?
