Best webmail providers

I'm looking to switch my web mail. I was with yahoo for a long time, then I found out they started dealing in ****, so I decided I didn't want to support them in any way and switched to netscape. But, netscape webmail is down a lot. What are some good ones some of ya'll use?

I use Yahoo and AltaVista and Juno, plus my work account. Can't have too much email. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I use Hotmail.com, at least they have a virus checker for incoming emails. They too are down sometimes but usually they work okay.
