That sounds like my neighbors wife. Her husband has emphysema or some other lung disorder that makes him short of breath when attempting any exercise. He had to quit riding motorcycles because just pushing his Harley across the garage floor made him short of breath.
Anyway, his wife gets up early, goes for long walk, then comes back about 7am, wakes husband with cup of coffee and breakfast, mows the lawn, shops for groceries, weeds the yard, cleans the house and the Man Cave and basically does everything that needs to be done around the house plus babysits her grandchildren as needed. He doesn't have tractors but I would bet that she would do those too if he had one.
Really an ideal wife and I have never heard her complain about anything.
