The BH does seem like something impractical but yet so inticing I agree. I think that it is one of those things like a loader that once you have, you can't imagine being without. The price that you are getting is pretty average for what I have been quoted so far. I think that the lowest that I have seen it was $4860. I didn't think that I needed one and then I imagined all of the projects that I could do, now I NEED ONE BAD.

I was up at the local JD dealer today and I tried the 2305, 2320, and 2520. I liked all, but the 2305 and 2320 were more what I was after. Didn't have that much time to play with the implements, just drove the tractors around. Here is the interesting note, this past Thursday corporate JD sent an order to all dealers not to demonstrate the 260 BH and to recall all that werew sold due to some kind of interferecne with a pedal of some sort. All the details were fuzzy to the JD salesman that I was wtih, he also said that the problem has a fix but it won;t be available until mid-March. Anyone have any other info?

I ordered a 2305 with BH on friday. Dealer told me that they are changing the subframe mounting due to the issue you described above. He said he could get the kit in a week or so. Mabe its because its a "new order" and not a retrofit??? Dunno.

I am new to the discussion but have been reading many of the discussions. I am going green, soon! I have it narrowed down to JD 2305 and JD 2320. I have a few questions was hoping to tap into the wisdom and experience of others for help. I have about 15 acres 3 to 4 is lawn and brush. The rest is wooded. I will be doing mowing, landscaping and snow blowing. I am kind of leaning toward the 2320 with BH46.
· I was wondering if taking it off and putting it back on is an involved
process or is it similar to the 2305 setup with the BH260.
· I am also looking for a cab for snow blowing. I know that
there are a few different companies that make them but my
concern is the height and will the fit into my garage, which has 80”
height.
Any help, ideas, suggestions or experiences are greatly appreciated. THANKS!
