Here goes, I will try to explain the information I am looking for.
I have a Cub Cadet/Yanmar tractor with FEL and BH. When the BH is not installed, can the hydraulic flow normally used to power the BH be sent through a valve block and on the become a rear connector for a hydraulic top link or other equipment? If it is possible, are there any companies making a kit to make this happen?

Yes you can use a rear hydraulic connection dedicated to a backhoe, when the BH is disconnected. You need to measure the connection thread size....1/4" or 3/8" or 1/2" and then purchase a 24" hydraulic hose in the proper thread size to connect to your hydraulic top link. Most male and female hydraulic connections for the AG Pioneer type, is available almost everywhere...even on Amazon.

I will have to find a valve body to control the up/down of the cylinder before terminating at the rear outlet. I was pretty sure it would work and hoping someone made a kit that is plug and play. I don't need the rear remote often but on occasion it would be nice to have even on a small tractor.

If the BH connection has two ports (in and out) like mine make sure the valve you use has a tank port that can withstand your hydraulic system's max pressure. Otherwise it could be damged by operating the 3pt.

Yes, mine has two ports that are connected together when the BH is off the tractor. Not being able to look at the tractor presently I am going off memory a bit. I am working in Texas and the tractor in Illinois. The port you are calling a tank port, could that be also called a return connection? When the hoses are connected together (BH off) the oil is continually being circulated through those hoses as there is no shut off valve in the hoses. My thought is to divert the hydraulic oil to another valve body (open center) and then to the rear remote. I'm looking for a schematic of the hydraulic system to get a better idea of what I need to make this work.

I am thinking your Cub Cadet 2450 uses standard AG 1/2" Pioneer valve hydraulic ports. Two ports in the back supply pass through hydraulics to your backhoe. I have attached hydraulic specs for your CC 2450 below.

I not sure why you using a pass through hose to your tractors backhoe hydraulic ports, when you disconnect the backhoe. Those ports should automatically close the valve when hoses are disconnected.

Also, do you have a backhoe hydraulic control lever near the tractor seat? If so, that lever will not only open and close your rear hydraulic port, but it also controls hydraulic flow direction too, so you can extend or retract your top link cylinder. That lever maybe has A-N-B labeled on it, so A raises your top link, B lowers your top link, and N is the pressure off setting. I have been trying to find an operators manual for your tractor, to see if you have that hydraulic control lever.

Update: I checked and your operators manual shows no such hydraulic control lever for your tractor. Your going to have to build your own control switch box to run a hydraulic top link. Going out of the ports to the switch box and from switch box to top link. Essentially your installing your own control lever. This is going to be more complicated and costly than simply connecting a hydraulic top link to the ports. But it can be done.

Many small TLB's put the hoe as first in line in the hydraulic circuit from the main pump and then feed things like the FEL and 3 pt hitch using a power beyond port on the hoe valve.

The hose loop is needed when the hoe is removed otherwise you just dead head the pump and do not provide any flow to the FEL and 3 pt hitch

This is why you cannot just unplug the hoe hoses from the quick connects.

It could be called a return connection for the BH fittings. But for valves, tank port is the common name for the output port. Even on valves that don't have a power beyond port.

Ok...that is making lots more sense now, and explains why the 2450 lacks any hydraulic controls from the tractor seat.

I further expect that you have a third BH quick connector on your tractor. Besides the two connectors that need to be looped, the third is a TANK port so that the BH valve has a path for the oil flowing through the BH relief valve to get to the reservoir.
