I almost said to move the TPH lever in different possitions and test. Not a Kub owner but, the issue seemed the same as what I've experience on my MF. When new to your tractor, you feel pretty dumb but relieved when it turns out to be somthing silly like this.

the three point lever should be in the middle not in raise or lower positions there is a priority valve and the 3 point is first user then the loader/ back hoe.

My BH75 works when the 3pt lever is up or down, I don't see where this is a problem. I leave it in the up position normally.
The OP may have lost a bolt attaching to the control lever causing this problem, the locking nuts have alot to be desired, I installed different bolts and locking nuts on mine to cure that problem.

It looks from your video like you are not getting hydraulic fluid to the cylinder. Either you have air in your hydraulic lines or the fluid levels are low. You should recheck your hydraulic fluid level.
