I will post the part number here tonight. They are the Napa Balkamp brand. 10 of them in a box for $5.00. I like the Napa one because they are rubber and stay on longer. The plastic ones I have found tend to get loose after removing them 2-3 times because the hole get's elongated. I have never lost one of the rubber ones in 4-5 years.

I heard about these from the guy who has an excavating company and he runs them on his backhoe etc. I really don't know why more people run them expecially going through mud etc.

I grease my tractor every 25 hours and these are still tight, 4-5 years old and they still make a pucker sound when removing them. I ran the blue plastic ones on ebay but they seemed to loosen up after a while as they were a harder style plastic and these are rubber.

I discovered awhile ago that I can go to the Salvation Ary store and buy a bag of rags for 5 bucks. They wash and sanitize them, sort into stuff that absorbs well. I recently got a 40 lb bag, mostly little kids T shirts. .

Hey now.. that's a good idea... never thought about that!

I very much like these grease caps. I did not like the price at NAPA (I get a heavy discount) but still they are very expensice.
