Big tractor syndrome

Cherokee doesn't get it yet, still. The problem some of us saw was that of attitude. He wanted us that were giving him some opinions and advice to "prove it". He distrusted everything that was said.
We don't care what he buys and for many people the scuts are perfect for their use. I noticed no one who denigrated a scut at least until after Cherokee chose one, then perhaps the animosity built yo a level that there was backlash.
But I do care about the attitude.
He continues to describe others experience as dated and biased and untrustworthy. He said to me that reading is hard... like I'm stupid. I don't care what he thinks of me but I'm willing to point out the newbie being ungrateful to those who attempted to share their knowledge and experience.
He still thinks this about the smaller machine being trashed. No it is about coming on to a site and alienating those who were trying to help. But when you are convinced that everyone is trying to up sell you or is thinking my tractor is bigger than yours, then I guess you get defensive.
That's my read. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and interpretation.
For what it's worth I do believe the BX25 TLB i s a great machine, I think he would have been better off with something larger. But I hope he enjoys what he has and I hope it works out well for him. But I will not ever try to help him again. He burned that bridge with me and a few others.
