Search on Google, or engine of your choice, for: “NSF certified hydraulic fluid”
I found four vendors in a few minutes. Every thing you use around potable water has to be NSF certified.
We ran the NSF certified oils and greases, when I was designing screening systems to keep endangered fish, form going out irrigation diversions. First year I was there, the crew broke a hydraulic line working in the stream. NOAA and the Fish and Wildlife Service, nutted up and went ballistic on us.
