I'd rather have bird poo on my stuff than bird blood on my hands.
Depends on how much your stuff is worth.I'd rather have bird poo on my stuff than bird blood on my hands.
That seems to be what people are complaining about.I prefer to try and keep critters out of places where they shouldn't be in the first place, however, sometimes it's about impossible. You get a persistent animal that won't get the hint and is damaging property, it's gotta go.
Getting those birds to change their mind about where to nest is definitely a problem. I have one stubborn bird that has built its nest at the top of my portico 4 times already this Spring. I keep knocking it down but she just keeps putting it back up. The nest is 14' up and protected from the weather, so she knows it's an ideal spot for her eggs.
I would be a bit more tolerant except she and her friends 'dive bomb' my equipment all day long. And she's not very considerate at all - she doesn't even clean up after she and her visitors do their fly-by. Heck! She's even behind on her rent!!!
"I have 6 ft soffits, I think I just saw a tereldactle fly in there!"
If you saw a tereldactle fly in there just wait a bit. You may see a pterodactyl come out. I have a couple of them that scours my pond daily clearing out the bass fishlets![]()
