Black berry removal???

We kept goats for about 6 years they turned a weedy pasture into a posion ivy patch. WHAT A MESS! The goats ate everything, then we ate the goats. They debarked the trees, excaped and started eating the house I was building. Anything you spray will end up in your aqufier. We got rid of the posion ivy by mowing it for about 3 years. We now have a very nice pasture, mostly grasses. I also have a rear tiller for my tractor that I used after we had a pond put in to prepare the soil for seed. If not set to deep this may work to tear out the roots. Good luck. Jim

Mobass, I wish I could come out and pick them for you. Blackberry wine is the best, but it takes 5#/gal and I like to make 10 gallons each summer. Hate to see them go, but good luck!
My wife loves blackberry pie but I am not of fan of any kind of blackberry. LOL
