Hey, i have a blade 150sx buggy and its giveing me engine trouble. Whenever i run over a snowpile or something or large bumps and let off the gas once i'm over it thte thing shuts down and i'm not sure why. I have changed the diaphram fuel regulator. And then the other night when i was testing it it shut down on the other side of my yard and would not start again because the battery did not have enough power to turn the motor over again. I'm not sure if anyones herd of a problem like this or even this buggy but yanno maybe someone might have some ideas.

Sounds like an electrical problem to me.

I am not familar with this motor, but on our go cart (yerf dog-like maybe the one on the other side of your tractor), I had major stumbling problems over ruff terrain. I adjusted the float, and now it can go just about anywhere my 4-wheelers can go.

I'm no guru but it does sound fuel related.
When you replaced the regulator, did you check the line returning to the tank for any blockage? If you pulled the air filter, does it smell like excessive fuel?
If it starts back up after sitting for awhile, it almost sounds like it could be a vapor lock.
Has it been sitting for awhile and the carb may be gummed up?
Something to try may be to carry a can of starting fluid with you. Next time it stalls, spray a little in the carb and see if it fires. If so, something is preventing flow after a wicked bounce.

I just got the engine part fixed but now the electricals acting up. I just drove it way donw the other side of the property and then i shut it down and it wouldn't start. It just wouldn't turn over this has happened before and i just let it sit overnight and then it would start but then it would do the same thing once i shut it off.

First, it would probably be a good idea to drive back before shutting it off. Less walking. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I would probably start by trying to jump the thing using a different battery.

I fuigered out what the problem was. After the dealer sending me many many various parts, it ended up being that the fatory did not connect the stator to the rectifier properly. This kart has an electric choke, so the fuel related problems were due to the choke being inoberable. It runs great now and i'm getting 14.5 volts on the volt meter while its idleing as opposed to the 12 while its running.
