:mur: OK, you've talked us into it. Since it's been working for years, we're going to leave them alone & carry on business as usual. :banghead:

Why don't you call your blade manufacturer and ask them to replace their defective blades, when I look at these holes drilled in the cutter blade you can see they have been cut at different depths and the material remaining at the bottom is really thin. I think that would be a better way to go about it.

We have never ever ever. I repeat, We have never ever ever never ever never ever ever had a cutting edge failure.

Travis, that's been your intent since the beginning of this thread. And if you hadn't confessed it we still wouldn't know the brand of BB in question. We've had some good debate concerning three construction issues. None of which doom the product as non-functional. Each a deficiency. The top link holes should align. The moldboard should be straight. The cutter bolts should not protrude thru the cutter that far.

Not selling any more BBs unpainted and disassembled will overcome two of the three. Maybe no one will notice the top link holes.

I'm the new guy here in the group. I'm shopping for implements and have called them probably 6 times now figuring out what i want.. always super nice..

I unfortunately read all 17 pages of this thread b/c I'm shopping for box blades. they said more than once they'd refund your $ even cover your cost of paint, right? so why keep pounding? sounds like they're trying to do the right thing if even they are now in defensive mode..maybe you don't like their answers but again, at least they gave you an out...

just my 2 cents...

i have zero affiliation with them but i'll give you another out....

I'm not fond of yellow and green but i'll take it for $200 it's a triple win..u got your $ back and buy another implement, they get it out of your hands, and i get to pull the little piggy up and down the side of the Va mts. moving dirt and rock as it was intended to do... I can pick it up from them when i pick up my Wicked grapple...

we got a deal?????

The misaligned top link hole is inexcusable and I have pronounced it as such to mr. cat and here the public. Flash back to when I said we are not perfect, but we do make a d@mn good, well received product that is consistent a very high percentage of the time.
BUT, a painters eye could have caught it!

Yep, I believe you do in fact make a good product. Problem all thru this thread has been your inability to admit that this time you did not. And based on your last comment, is your painter your QC?

Man, If he had put that thing in the dirt and used it the amount of time we lost on this thread, he would've had the whole county leveled.

And based on your last comment, is your painter your QC?
Nope, but he's an extra set of eyeballs.

Thanks ovrszd. You are Welcome.

Man, If he had put that thing in the dirt and used it the amount of time we lost on this thread, he would've have the whole county leveled. And maybe hundreds of BBs have been built and shipped with these problems. If that's okay with you, it's certainly okay with me.

Nope, but he's an extra set of eyeballs. Can't have too many of those!!! :)

Thanks for your patience Travis. :)
