I dropped off my old set of MMM blades at the local mower show to have them sharpened and balanced. He commented that those are a heavy set of blades.

He'll have them done by tomorrow so I can pick them up and put them on for another year of mowing (if it ever dries up).

I mowed a Tonka lowboy (circa 1970) and it decimated it. BLade showed only the slightest edge marks to indicate what they had done. Took me months before I stopped finding those little wheels.

We are just now beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'll be mowing in three weeks! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
