What's the difference in these two blades: OEM 759-3939 vs. ROT 10636. List price on OEM is about $17.00 ea. ROT list price is about $9.00 ea.
What does ROT stand for?
Still waiting on Gator Blades for 44" cut. Are they available, and if so, where are they available online? E-bay or Web?

Keep checking E-Bay, the Oregon Gator Blades for the newer CC decks will be readily available quickly, and there are tons of vendors for them on E-Bay. Another advantage to them I just discovered is touching up the sharpening of the Gators is easily done with a Dremel or other small sharpening tool with them on the deck- no need to remove them to take to the bench grinder.

So; you love your gator blades. I bag sometimes; will they work ok when bagging. I assumed they ( gator) were for mulching.

Yes, they are designed as mulching blades. I tow a little Agri-Fab sweeper behind though, and the sweeper shavings go in my composter, or WAY out back if it gets full. Not sure how Gators would work with a bagger, but they sure are cheap (inexpensive compared to OEM straight blades) enough to give it a try- maybe a little mulch, the rest will probably get into the bagger system (maybe) the same as I do with the sweeper. Some mulch is good- too much and lots of dethatching out in the spring- I don't mind, any way it's another excuse to get out and drive my tractor around /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
