I've got a DK40se and when I replaced my fuel filter, I stupidly forget to unscrew the bleeding bolt when cranking in the ON position. I presume the tractor won't start because there is fuel in the injector lines. I was able to access one of the injector nuts with a regular wrench and got a bit of gas to run out (not sure how much I should bleed). The others look like they need a 90 degree wrench to open. I want to make sure I'm going down the right path to get it started before I buy tools and go through the process.

The manual is a bit obtuse with regard to how many injector nuts to bleed and which end of the line to unscrew. I unscrewed the nut up top above the engine block. What a pain. Any guidance would be appreciated.

How long has you run it on the starter? Sometimes you have to crank it for a long time to get it to start.

Hard to quantify. Probably 8 times of 10 cranks. After leaving the tractor alone for an hour, I came back and finally was able to loosen 2 injector nuts with a straight wrench. Whether it was the wait or having 2 loose, it started up quickly (albeit roughly and spraying gas everywhere). Tightened it all back up and good to go. Made my filter changes into a longer day than I had hoped but got 5 filters swapped out and changed the engine oil. Feels good. I'm at 225 hrs, so a bit behind schedule
