i have a 1990 high ranger bucket truck and broke one of the control lines off of the cylynoid and lost all fluid in that line from actuator(cylinoid) to bucket controls , it is a 6 function pistol grip controller all other controls work except the one that lost its fluid ,i repaired the broken line but dont know how to bleed the line out to get the hydraulic fluid back to it any help would be greatly appreciated

Just cycle that function and hold it at the end of stroke. Do this about 5 times.

If you have a gage in the system, you will see when the cyl is full of fluid.

I've done that several times with no luck it seems like I'm missing something I know it's a low pressure system but it doesn't seem like I'm getting any pressure to push the fluid where it's supposed to go

Well, do this. Remove the hose from the cyl and push the lever or cause fluid to flow into the hose until it is full.

Reconnect the hose and cycle the cyl. You could loosen the hose at the cyl and some air might bleed out.

I have removed the cyl and moved it around so air could escape from the fittings.

There should be more fluid in the cyl, so it should be able to purge the air from the cyl and hoses.
