Somebody installed new master cylinder. I'm just starting on it. pull fluid with vacuum pump At bleeders topping off master . Calendar at the same time. And?

The hydraulic system is the same whether wet or dry brakes. Wet brakes are just discs running in the same oil as the axle. They are more durable than dry brakes.
Some systems use a piston in the axle that is the diameter of the brake discs themselves. If they are this type, you probably should be using mineral oil brake oil rather than brake fluid.
