Blizzard 2015 Boston

I hear yah, at first i was really struggling until I figured out to just sit sideways in my seat, controlling the HST pedals with my left foot vs the right. In this vid I'm NOT sitting like this yet (figured it out shortly after this was shot).

Being a regular snowboarder, looking sideways is actually pretty natural for me.

All excuses aside, my neck is still sore.

Ya know someone could make a fortune is they would design and build a swivel seat (for tractors) that would lock in 90 and 180 degree positions.

Maybe so but I'm sure I could fab something up that will let me spin my seat. The problem is that I would still have some difficulty operating the reverse hydrostatic drive pedal with my heal on my Kubota B2620.

My neck would be grateful for a swivel seat. I have one for my BH, but sure wouldn't want my feet hanging down near that 3 pt shaft!

Where in NH?

Sunapee got 12".

Southern border near Nashua.

I would hate to live in the city with snow like this. I'm having a hard time finding a place to put it at my house. I can imagine how it would be in the city, yuck. I never did get the banks pushed back. The tractor is back up and running but I've had a nasty cold severely limiting my energy level. Glad I have a plow on my jeep.

I've been thinking about this for a while. Came up with the idea of a modified HST treadle that offers removable hand controls for a swiveled seat.

Doesn't solve the issue with steering tho....

We've received 42" in one week with no melting so yeah, it's getting a little nuts. Here's our front walk. I can no longer blow it up onto the banks, so I have to blow it up the walk to the upper part, then blow it into the back yard.

And this is a neighborhood of mostly single family homes with driveways, near the harbor. Inland a mile or two they have as much as 6" more snow and nowhere to go.

Can you post up your idea? If not here then post a link to your thread.

I need to upgrade. Honda fuel injected snow thrower.

I think you'd have to own a F1 team to afford it, though. Currently at the price shown it would be $13,830.

That was painful to watch.
