Here is the pic. lastnight I turned the key and pluged it in but I don't think it worked because I could not start it today!

You plugged the block heater in, then turned the key to the glow plug position then left it on over night? And now you have a dead battery?
Having the key switch in position 4 overnight is a lot longer than the 20-30 seconds that the PRINTED SIGN ON YOUR TRACTOR (right there in the picture next to the mystery switch) suggests.
