Blower fan motor removal

Hi,
The fan motor in my L4630 is shot. I pulled off the cabin roof but it does not look like it comes out the top. All the AC lines etc run over the housing.
Would it come out by dropping the inner headliner?
Also does anyone have a working used fan for sale?
