Sounds like your getting close. Naysayers aside I'd get what works and pocket the cash. Add a jump seat in the cab for helpers.
Get a short list of each dealers customers & call a few. Thats really where the rubber hits the road.
I avoided spending $20K more than necessary on a tractor, no difference in reliability, dealer support, parts are 1/3 the cost. Zetor built JD tractors for some markets & some p/n's are in the system such as my JD dozer & Zetor oil filters are the same.
Tough to gage resale as very few sit around as neighbors buy them up before the auction bill gets printed around here.
Anyway the extra cash is available for other not yet needed machinery like a skidloader, Gator, etc.
Weight, power and timing are key with round bales.
